You may be surprised to hear that some other property sites have listings that don’t
even exist, so when you call them they can try to sell you a different place. All the
rooms on our site are real, as are the photos, descriptions and all the information
about them.

Other property sites also display rooms that are no longer available or properties that
are under contract. All the properties on our site are available to view straight away.

Many other websites don’t actually control the properties they display, but act as a
portal for third parties. We personally let, manage and maintain all of our properties,
so you can be sure when you arrange a viewing you are speaking to the same people
who will look after your stay and the property the entire way through your lease.
