About Nice Room

Welcome to Nice Room!

Nice Room provides high quality accommodation to undergraduates on placement, new graduate starters and young professionals working primarily around the City, Canary Wharf and the Docklands.

With a strong focus on personal relationships, excellent customer service and modern, well-maintained properties, we offer every tenant a comfortable home to live in, rather than just a place to stay.

Our aim is simple - to be the first choice of accommodation for young professionals arriving and working in London.

A more personal approach to room rental

• We have a fast growing portfolio of rooms of all shapes and sizes, usually 6 per house, all around the City, Canary Wharf and the Docklands which are ideally positioned for new transport links, the 2012 Olympics and the expansion of Canary Wharf.
• All properties are refurbished by our division's Nice Builder and Nice Interior to improve the layout and facilities, for example en suites are added, and fitted out with contemporary modern interiors and fully-equipped to a high standard.
• All-inclusive rents (including council tax, water, gas and electricity) offers a hassle free approach to renting rooms.
• An extranet website specifically designed for all of our tenants (www.my.niceroom.co.uk) allows rapid response maintenance requests and tracking.
• My.niceroom also provides access to special offers and local entertainment and events listings. As my.niceroom grows, concierge and lifestyle services will be added, along with discounts and loyalty rewards from partners such as Livingwell Gym and AMEX travel services.
• We are also growing a Facebook site so current and prospective tenants can talk to each other and grow a community of their own.
• Once you are a tenant you are appointed a 'Virtual Landlord' who is your single point of contact for any of your needs and questions during your tenancy with Nice Room. All of our Virtual Landlords have been trained and are members of the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme.
• 3D tours of all rooms and properties are available to view on this website together with detailed information about the area, transport links, green spaces and local neighbourhood 'hidden gems' through TimeOut London.
